Poor in-store service

Poor customer service , no accountability and rude employees . Precisely The manger , the Afrikaans woman . They gave my parcel to someone else and then left me to figure out how to get it . They **** and said they phoned the person who has the parcel but they didn’t . Poor , stressful service . Post net has lost a customer , they’re no different to Paxi . Poor poor service . Rather use courier guy .
