CHARGED FOR SENDING DOCUMENTS VIA WHATSAPP.
Postnet Polokwane North did me dirty. I was charged R8 for printing with color per page which is understandable but Aus Constancia (Mohlala if not mistaken) said for the fact that I sent documents via WhatsApp I have to pay for their internet to download which is R5. When I was complaining at the labour que one of the quers said they charged him R2 for internet and I went back and she still insisted that it is R5. Like how can you charge different prices without having a written proof of the prices? I'm so disappointed in Postnet Polokwane North!

Postnet. Terrible service
Absolutely disgusted by the service of Postnet. I've been waiting for my parcel since the 23rd of Dec 2025. Paid for overnight. Today is the 8th of Jan 2026. No one can inform me where my parcel is. I've been sent from pillar to post. 100's of calls have been made. No one has an answer. I will never make use of their service again. Courier company is Aramex.
