Package not delivered

Last week Wednesday 27 November 2024 at 15:13:05 I handed in a package to Postnet Petrostop Polokwane that had to go to Mossel Bay. I asked them how long it would take and would the package be in Mossel Bay on Friday 29 November, because it is urgent my father needs to get his blood pressure medication. They said yes, the package will be in the Cape on Friday 29 November to be collected. My father only got the message on Monday 2 December to get the package in Mossel Bay postnet but my father was already back in Polokwane on Sunday 1 December. On Monday I went back to Postnet Petrostop Polokwane and asked them to please send the package back to polokwane. They said it's ok and the package will be back in Polokwane on Tuesday 3 December, I can come and get it between 11 and 12 because that's when they will have the package there at postnet petrostop. I was there yesterday December 3 just after 12:00 to get the package, she says no the package is not there yet. I went there again yesterday 3 December 2024 for the 2nd time and the package is still not there. Today, December 4th, I went again and they said no, the package has not arrived yet. I called postnet mosselbaai and they said the package was already in Polokwane. I drive back to Postnet to hear what Mossel Bay says the package is here and they say no. The one worker then had a live chat with an agent and they said something about Cargo. I called postnet Petrostop many times *** only to be told the number does not exist, then I contacted *** but no answer.
