Copy ******s, cannot hold them accountable for mediocrisy.

I send my staff member to make 10x A2 copies of a document. We recieved it back in the office, after being billed R700 for this, and the copying was done skew. This is unacceptable when you pay a ginormous amount to have quality work done. I then send my staff member back to request a refund, and was advised that the paper was consumed and therefore they cannot refund.
