Postnet Menlopark - unreliable

R 120 was paid at Postnet Menlo Park - Pretoria to courier a package to Postnet Mossel Bay. Package instead couriered to Malmesbury and my cellphone number wrong on the contact detail. Now I have to pay R 245 to get the package from Malmesbury to Mossel Bay, plus I'm in urgent need of the content in the package.....PATHETIC!!!!!!!!next time I will use The Courier Guy
