Exceptional Customer Service from Wendy at PostNet Mall of the North
On Tuesday, 28 July 2026, I visited PostNet Mall of the North shortly before closing time, and Wendy assisted me. Despite it being almost closing time, she was incredibly friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful. She assisted me with such a positive attitude and made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciate the effort she made to assist me so warmly, even at the end of the day. Thank you, Wendy, for going the extra mile and providing such wonderful service. You are a great reflection of what excellent customer service should be!
