I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received from PostNet Lion Pride and RenewOnline regarding the renewal of my motor vehicle licence disc
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service received from PostNet Lion Pride and RenewOnline regarding the renewal of my motor vehicle licence disc. On 28 November 2026, I visited PostNet Lion Pride to renew my licence disc and was informed that I had an outstanding traffic fine of R620, which needed to be paid before the renewal could proceed. I paid the fine on 05 December 2026 and submitted proof of payment, however, to date I have not received my licence disc despite being repeatedly assured that it would arrive the following day. My 21-day grace period expired on 21 December, and I am now unable to legally drive my vehicle. I have visited PostNet Lion Pride and contacted RenewOnline numerous times without success, and I am still being refused a refund.
