Bad customer service.

I went to PostNet Lambton Court branch on 17th of December to copies. I went back on the 21st of Jan 2025 to ask for a reprint of the slip because I lost my copy. The cashiers gave me attitude and dismissed me as if I was begging them for a favour. While talking to them their box appeared from his office just like his staff he told me to go to my bank they is nothing he can do for me. His attitude was just as bad. Customer service in that branch is in the toilet.
