The cost of A1 copies came to three times the amount I am charged at other Postnet branches. We raised a grievance with Postnet Killarney over a month ago - 25 June 2021. No response as yet. We further raised the grievance via the Postnet Feedback channel on the website, their Facebook page and Google Reviews (29 June 2021). Facebook Messenger responded, "Good afternoon Nicola. As you've already made contact with the store and head office, your matter is under investigation, and a PostNet consultant will contact you directly. We trust that this will be resolved soon. Regards - The PostNet Community Management Team". We sent the email to the "call centre" address - demanding at least acknowledgement of receipt (22 July 2021) - and of course received no response.
