Postnet Hennopspark going down the drain

I used to love using Postnet Hennopspark for everything from sending parcels to my printing needs. They used to be quick, friendly, and helpful.

I have become so disappointed in their services. The last few times that I have used their services, they have been rude, I have been blatantly ignored and today the lady wanted to charge me R3 extra for my printing because I brought it on a USB to be printed. What's next? A fee because we used their screen to see what needs to be printed???
