Postnet queens Corner. Never answers the phones and when the lady does she drops it in your ear if she can't assist you or answer your questions. I have paid you in full I am waiting for a birth certificate to be collected from Dirco and sent to my nearest postnet. Why do we have to beg you for services that are paid for upfront, this is arrogance at its best level you should consider reviewing the way your staff treat customers.
