POSTNET HAMPTON COURT, POLOKWANE MESSES UP BADLY

On 16 Oct 2020 I sent and paid for [R320] a book to be sent to NAMIBIA at POSTNET HAMPTON COURT, POLOKWANE. POSTNET not know that there were special forms to complete to send an item to Namibia.. Forms were duly obtained and completed and courier was resent on 26th October. Finally, in utter frustration, I collected the unsent book today the 27th of November, a full month after it should have been despatched. And not a word of apology from the franchise owner who was contacted 10 days ago on the 16th November to resolve the problem. Shame on you SHOKO you should be ashamed of yourself. So a warning to potential POSTNET users: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
