Bad service and will never use them again or recommend them

I am extremely disappointed. On 25th February I went to send a parcel overnight. They charged me 400plus to send it. Still up today the parcel has not arrived at it's destination. Yesterday I call them and was told they are waiting for Aramex to call them back and they will let me know. Never called back. Today I called same story. Will never ever use Postnet Groenkloof ever again.

I regret not going to the Postnet Loftus that a normal use as they are efficient and know what they doing. Never ever have a experienced such drama.
