PostNet Greenacres - losing post

The worst postnet I have ever come across. They lost my police clearance... I had to call Pretoria and re arrange for a reprint, they assigned my tacking number and name to someone else's birth certificate. I only found this out because I actively went and looked for it at another postnet in Port Elizabeth where it was supposedly delivered. The postnet at Moffett on Main truley helped me by providing me with another company in JHB where I got the number and arranged for a reprint of my police clearance. The postnet then had the audacity to call and tell me they had done all the above work. Then when it finally was collected 2 weeks after I asked for it to be, it never arrived in PE before I left. So when it did arrive in PE I paid an extra 195 rand for them to send it as an overnight package to my current location. I received no apology for the delay or losing my parcel, I still had to pay over 700 rand in total plus now the extra 195.. It's now the 6th of January and I still don't have my police clearance despite paying the extra 195 rand for overnight shipping. Honestly hate this branch and company. Anything but fast, safe and reliable.
