Poor service

We always had great service from this postnet but now they are getting sloppy We are now waiting for a package for almost 7 days when we try to call the store there is no answer even though the phone line was busy once we phoned back immediately no answer Service is getting poor We phoned their head office they said that the package was sent with the wrong truck or something not even a sorry Last time we will be using their service
