Compliment to Jeff Rockman from Postnet Greenacres

On Madiba's birthday, 17 July 2020, I had an excellent and refreshing service from a gentleman called Jeff Rockman at Postnet Greenacres. His positive attitude, commitment to serving a client to the best of his ability and ability to carry a responsibility of providing a full service to a client that was not expecting such. I went to look for a parcel that was couriered from JHB, track & trace said the was on its way to PE, and Jeff took it up on himself to look for it at the PE Hub when he returns to it. He went as far as taking my Tracking no, my cellphone no and gave me his bcoz he showed that he will keep his promise of informing me even though it was after houirs. About 45 minutes later after I left Postnet Greenacres, Jeff called me and told me he found my parcel, and I can confidently come and collect it today (18 July 2020). I just felt that this is worth acknowledging bcoz we are quick to complain but never think of complimenting. Thank you Jeff, you made my day yesterday after all bad incidents happened you closed my day with a positive.
