Lynwood Postnet are unreachable

PostNet Lynnwood DO NOT answer their phone or emails. A friend sent a package from there to me. The Address on the package was to me at Lakeside Mall Richards Bay. The clerk there took that down as Lakeside, Cape Town, where my package has been for the last month. I cant get it back because Lynwood Postnet is unreachable either by email or by telephone. Looks like i will have to pay Lakeside Postnet to redirect it to me purely because Lynwood Postnet is so useless
