PostNet Fochville and Johannesburg

I ordered expensive items late February from a company that had to send it to me from Fochville PostNet. I was notified that the package got lost at a PostNet branch in Johannesburg and nobody put insurance on the package. Juan at PostNet Fochville promised that they are going replace my money but to date my money was never paid back to me and we are in June already. They even took my banking details on the phone. I have been dealing with Juan at Fochville PostNet. EXTREMELY Poor service.
