Nothing but ****s!

Over the past 2 months, I received 2 separate letters in the UK from my kids for my birthday and fathers day. Both of them arrived in the UK opened and money was ****** from them. Granted this could happen at any point of the postal route to the UK however, given that staff in the UK get well paid and looked after I think its safe to assume this from the SA supply chain!

I am disgusted at POSTNET SA's response too. Basically saying oh well its out of our control as there are other suppliers in the chain. POSTNET you are providing a service, although its a poor one, its still a service and its up to you to check your supply chain and make sure things like this don't happen. Its disgusting to ***** £5 from two young kids!

Sadly nothing will change with a review but what I would say is stop supporting a local business that *****s from its customers.
