Bad service ****** working there

I am very digusted in post net in edenvale victoria lane I sent a package from them to pe that weighed 9kg . The guy charged me R600 When it got to me in port elizabeth i asked the lady why it was so expensive to send It down . She could not tell me why they charged so much but id tell me that i was supposed to pay R179 for 9kg that almost 4x the correct price . You guys are ****** and i will be basting this all over . Also will contact the Ombudsman
