PostNet Chatsworth the worst store by far!

So disappointed with the service of this company. I went 3 times to do a ******** check for work. On each occasion there was only one person in the shop who was clearly overwhelmed and worked at a snails pace. The last time I went to complete my ******** check, the lady told me that she needed to attend to her customers who came after me before she could help me. They clearly should not be accredited to complete ******** checks. The lady stationed in store has to constantly be on the phone with her manager named "Samantha" (from what I gathered) because she doesn't know much. This store clearly needs more attention from it's owners and more staff needs to be employed.
