Terrible Customer Service & Treatment

I am very disappointed at the treatment I recently received from Postnet. I send an email for some printing I needed to be done, I didn't really give them a lot of information because to my knowledge from always using them they don't do anything without you being there with them. However this time around to my surprise one of the ladies went ahead & did the printing which was incorrect, I wasn't even given a chance to explain my request to them because they were in such a hurry to close so with the result not only did I pay a whole lot more then I should have paid. I also didn't actually get what I wanted. When I called to explain that the whole transaction was incorrect I was told to send an email which I did, I then got a reply after me always following up that I won't be getting a refund because I needed to be more specific. I am really dissapointment at the way I was treated especially since my family & I are regular customers of theirs.
