PostNet will break your parcel.

So we send a parcel through PostNet Brakpan accross Mall @ Carnival. The parcel is fragile and wrapped in at least 3 layers bubble wrap. They put a few fragile stickers on. Recipient receives it broken.

Now they won't reimburse or compensate under their insurance. They need an invoice. This was not a new item. So one can only send new items through them.

Pathetic service and insurance. Did we like have to wrap it in Titanium.
