Unsatisfied customer

I posted my mother's medication on the 24th April 2023 today it's 6 May 2023 the medication has not arrived. The lady said to me it will reach her after 3 working days. Even the waybill is specific that it's medication and needed asap. Tried calling numerous times but no one answers the phone.
