Unprofessional and Aggressive behaviour

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had at your Clicks Waterfront branch on [insert date of incident]. During my visit, I was treated with extreme disrespect by one of your employees. The staff member’s behavior was not only rude but escalated to the point where they appeared aggressive and even seemed ready to physically confront me. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. What’s more concerning is that the supervisor or manager on duty witnessed the entire situation but failed to intervene or appropriately address the employee’s behavior at the time. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and let down by the level of service and lack of accountability shown. I would like this incident to be investigated, and I request a formal response outlining what actions will be taken to ensure such behavior is not repeated — to me or to any other customer.
