Rude Boitumelo at postnet waterfront bloemfontein

There's a very rude lady at postnet waterfront bloemfontein her name is Boitumelo. Finally I got her name since they don't have name badges. Boitumelo is so rude to clients it's scary. I have had about 3 encounters with her the latest being when I went to collect my parcel. I try to avoid post net bloemfontein as much as I can unfortunately some of my parcels get courierd through them. Boitumelo is such an angry person who finds every other customer walking in at the shop. When I went to fetch my parcel, there was a guy Infront of me who wanted to scan and send documents, He handed his documents with staples on and Boitumelo yelled at him and she looked my direction and said " talk how can I help you"? I said that's not how you speak to your customers, she repeated " how can I help you?". I was fuming but I had to calm myself down so I can get my parcel. I will never ever use postnet waterfront bloemfontein ever again.
