I would like to lodge a serious complaint about the complete incompetence of PostNet Preller Bloemfontein. I sent a parcel on 12 December 2025, which was not delivered on the recommended time to receiver's address. When I followed up, the staff were unable to track my parcel or provide any useful information. I had to make multiple calls myself, just to locate it. I was given a name at Aramex, but I was told that there is no such person working there. This is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability.
