Bad service

Today is the second incident were I posted an item with them and it got lost or unaccounted for. I accept that they are using a third party to transport mail but its really unacceptable that I have to struggle on my own trying to track my package while they don't answer their phone. This trend of losing packages is really becoming a norm with you guys. See me in your shop again kill me.
