I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alvin and Edwena at the Postnet Bellville CBD branch. Both of them went through so much emotion with me. I went to there store on the 24th of July 2026 to post a box to my daughter in Texas, USA. I told them how privileged I am to do something like this for my daughter cause I was never able to when she was in South Africa due to financial difficulties that I went through. Alvin and Edwena both knew how important it is for the box to get to my daughter in the USA. Due to Aramex's poor service the box could not go to the USA. Postnet make use of Aramex for international postage. Alvin and Edwena were left witg no proper notes and reason why the box was sent back to Postnet from Aramex. Alvin continued phoning around and trying to get help to get box abroad. With all the tries Alvin and Edwena failed to get the box abroad, due to the incompetence of Aramex. Alvin and Edwena I just want to publicly thank you for every try, you both were so emotional with me today. I can say with honesty that your customer service or service delivery was really worth a salary increase. The way you work to get a client assisted, I can say with honesty I am not sure when I had such service. Postnet Bellville CBD gives service like Woolworths to their clients and Aramex gives service to their clients like Shoprite. It sad to see what employees can do to a business, due to employees of Aramex they are now being seen as a business that offer bad service. Aramex would never be able to be come close to Postnet Bellville CBD's employees. Postnet Bellville CBD continue with your service delivery that you deliver. Regards Zita
