False advertising and clueless employees.
Just waisted my time standing in line and providing details for a package to be sent via DHL with Postnet (As per your advert that you deliver worldwide-NOT). Lady seemed not to be aware that Postnet has international services. Only to be told that because they are a franchise and are too busy to assist me (When at that very moment there is just me and one other customer) my package can't be sent. Then when I questioned that reasoning the assistant then told me that she and her co-worker are new (Postnet clearly does not train new employees) they did not know how. She said to help me she would need to call in. I asked her why she can't call she told me she could not because she was too busy (serving an empty shop at that moment), clearly missing a necessary and valuable learning moment. The level of disservice and incompetence is shocking. Postnet, STOP advertising services you do NOT provide. Train your employees and ensure that your franchisees keep to their service level agreements. This is unacceptable.
