*********** staff at Postbank Matatiele caused me financial loss

I Marlene Marais am a Sassa pensioner and a client at Postbank Matatiele.For the past two months there have been unauthorized deductions of R400 from my account.I reported to Postbank Matatiele and requested a statement in order to check the deductions and stop the deductions,They told me that they will provide me with a statement,however I have been waiting for more than two weeks for them to provide me with one.Today another R400 went off from my account all the while I am still waiting for them to assist me.This is unacceptable and as an elderly person I demand that this problem be sorted out immediately because it was caused by the incompetence of the staff and my money be refunded.
