SASSA grant not received

Post bank service is horrible and they are ****mers

Changed to postbank card for SASSA social grant, and immigration did not get the grant, they said someone clowned my car and made a withdrawal and I said I cannot get that money back, how? Because this is not my fault, haven’t been able to play my kids transport money for two months , their call centre line is weak , is braking, you can barely hear what is the agent saying
