Replacement card

I had lost my sassa card aswel as my ID I went to to a temporary id and went to a post office station at shoprite with all required documents. I submitted on the 2 of October got verified on the 8 of October my verification went well now I have been going to ask when will the my new card be available. The lady always tell I should wait for her text. So I want to know when I be able to get the card because I really need it.
