Postbank/Sassa employee

The employee of postbank that is assisting with the new sassa black card at Centurion mall ShopRite is incredible rude. He has no business handling pensioner's or anyone that is there assisting the elderly with getting the card. Treating them like they are stupid. Shouting a screaming at adults/pensioner's. The ShopRite staff aren't any better as the just stand there and laugh like little school kids. When trying to speak to the postbank employee he will just interrupt and shout like a little kid. He needs to be replaced with someone who can handle assisting people properly.
