Postbank SA not serious as a bank....🤔🤔🤔🤔

As a client of Postbank ATM swallowed our cards last year till date we haven't received any feedback or update from Postbank SA when will we receive our cards....Also the matter regarding us clients going to post office and no money is available when we want to draw cash...And now the is withdrawal limit of R2000 ...Am also saving money as group where we assist one when is burial with this thing of R2000 is unacceptable ...Postbank SA attend to our queries as your clients from villages we travel afar to get assistance from post office that is not functioning 100% . As a bank and as your clients we deserve more is either you create a bank that function well outside post office ....We cannot suffer so much
