Postbank *******

Postbank *****s from pensioners.

My father had a *****ulent withdrawal on his SASSA account to the amount of R3000. We reported the matter to the ***** division of postbank on the 08 September. A new postbank card was issued to an unknown recipient and the money was withdrawn in Kroonstad.

We have sent numerous emails to establish the status of the matter and when my 82 year old father can expect the ****** money to be refunded.

I have sent emails 07 October and we got a response that the matter is still under investigation. I requested some sort of time line but since then we have had no further responses to this and other emails sent 16 October and again today 21 October.

The money was *****ulently taken from my father's account due to negligence or lack of proper systems in postbank. It is there fault they should pay my father's money back. He has things to pay and it is not human what postbank is doing to pensioners.

Postbank is yet to make contact with us contrary to their email response once again highlighting their inability to be a proper financial institution.

Today my father went to the local store and now his card keeps telling him it's an incorrect pin. I am most certain that ***** is once again been committed on his account. I am now going to have to take my 82 year old father to get a new account. Our government don't care that's why they use useless companies like Postbank who don't care a damn. Once again highlighting they are a bunch of liers an *******.
