Post bank does not deserve sassa tender

Worst experience we have been here from 9am for the new cards we have to change (sassa) at 11am we were told the system is offline now it's 2pm and still it's apparently offline the staff is busy incourging people to go home and come another day which does not make sense it's only 2 days to due date and most of us are traveling with public transportation I personally don't have money to come back and I'm unemployed why is it that postbank gets a big tender like sassa and they cannot handle it ?
