Complaint

I lost my Postbank black card last year November. I have been trying to get a new one with no luck. They have saying that they are offline until they left the shops they were operating from, this was fist week of December 2025. I have been to post office as they were working together but they told me that they are no longer one thing with them. They are nowhere to be found. When I call them or send them messages they respond by saying I must dial *120* 355# to find their nearest branch. So far I went to 3 more branches which is about +/- 1hr 30 minutes from where I'm staying only to be told that since they left their shops early December.
