I'm not sure how to call Postbank ***** department cause they never pick up the phone ,the phone will ring till it go off .

I have email Postbank ***** affidavit form on the 18 of June 2026 and also on the 15 of July 2026 but till today the 20/08/2026 haven't get any feed back about the card that was issues to someone that was busy withdrawing my brothers Sassa money from November 2025 till June 2026 ,now they blocked the account we still cant get money and we don't even get any feed back of how far are they with the investigation on the matter .
