Bad service from Postbank

Postbank is unprofessional. Normal companies take 7 to 21 working days to help you with a claim, but Postbank takes way more than that. Submitted a credit order form on the 17th of June and we are still waiting to receive the sassa money. Sent an email requesting for an update, no one responded. Their call centre consultants are clueless. They just tell you to patiently wait.
