Bad service ever

Postbank SA is not attending to my queries i have been struggling to get money banked from disability grant. It is been 2 months now without getting help from Postbank workers and i depends on that money, since i have reported my matter i submitted the required forms from them in the mid October and we now approaching December even. Kindly assist me please.
