Bad customer service

Good day I am here to let everyone know that I have not had the best experience possible with Postbank account due to that I have been shunted around and I am not getting all the info I need at once it is now the third time I am calling them....they take long to pick up the calls and when they do you get told that they will hang up the call and I must call back this is not acceptable it is poor customer service
