***** at post bank

I have a ***** issue with post bank I have tried calling th customer care line it's doesn't work when to the retail branch they can't help I have emailed and the is no communication from them should am I the only one experiencing this from post bank ***** department this ***** involves a government institution maybe I should start a petteion I will get others who needs help like me
