Another useless goverment entity

Another disgracefull company!!!hi,7months ago i opened a ***** case with postbank,my mothers money was withdrawn for 3months in kzn,dont know how that is possible,seeing you need diffrent methods of veryfication,but anyhow up until today no feedback,my mother is bedridden,last week went to the atm to check the balance card got retained by the atm and post bank has no means of helping bed ridden or disabled people,on the website it says you can book a home visit,when you call phone line is off,when i eventually got through they say sassa must book it,when you call sassa they say postbank must book a home visit,people with disabilities are struggling and these people doesnt even care!!!!!!
