useless leaflets distribution

I have decided to use the Post4you a leaflets distribution company to drop my leaflets in Cirencester area, after the leaflets has been collected from me personally on Wednesday 06/05/2015 we agreed that the first day of the distribution will be Friday on that week I haven't heard from that person so I texted him ( to have a record ) my enquiry about the process of my campaign : where the leaflets has been drop and when the campaign will be completed. I was so badly surprised when he texted back saying that he doesn't know exact area when he drop the leaflets and that he doesn't know when he is going to finish it for me. So I was so unhappy I asked him to send me back the rest of the leaflets ( he collected 10.000 leaflets and only drop 2000) along with my money , I paid him in advance ?350 and I asked him to keep ?75 for the leaflets he drop already if he does. I gave him a time to do it but it never happened so I keep texting but not answer, so I made a phone call and I had a witness in this time the witness who heard all the conversation , this person was screaming at me, I have never received my leaflets and money back
