sim card cut off from network

They put my simcard on contract without my permission and later they cut off my sim card from the network because they were trying to simswap it without my knowledge then vodacom sent me a notification sms. Whenever I call they keep making excuses about network technicians and when I ask for management they always give me excuse that they are out. Question is who gave them permission to put my sim into contract first of all,let alone sim swaping it-what were they trying to do cause its ******* simswaping ppls simcards. And very sad to find out these people are ********** and are fully operating in our country. The company that has underwritten them must take action. I want my sim and number back as I have been waiting on the so called network technicians for more than a month now and they don't even bother to contact me to let me know what is going on as they promised to do so. how am - supposed to work as my number is the link between me and the community?They better act on it before the 15 of April other wise I am going to take this further and bet the consumer affairs department and NCR will hear about it and my legal representative team will deal with them.
