Post Office *******ion/incompetence

Went to renew car licence at Albemarle PO- no forms; told to go next door where they sold forms for R4. I won't be ******ed or pay bribes. Went to Alberton PO - was told to fetch photostat of ID. Fetched same from home. When offering to counter assistant I was told this was not necessary - she photostated my ID herself. Where are we going?!!!
