The store ruined a brand new Manchester City jersey. The name is off-centre and not straight. It's also too high up for a football jersey. The first number 4 was a disaster with bubles - at least after the second time I complained the lady pressed it again until it was not that bad. What a loss I have suffered from visiting your store. I regret it so much. If the ladies were not competent or not experienced they could have at least warned me. Wish I could take the printing off. My son is now embarrassed to hand this over as a gift to his friend. What a loss đź’” As if this wasn't a disaster already, the store keeper says it's my fault because I didn't tell her where the name should be, and offered me a R150 refund. What a joke. As if R150 can replace a Man City jersey. Is it too much to ask for the name to be in the middle of the shirt, and the letters to be arranged in a straight line? It's a good thing I insisted on the receipt. I was told the speed point wasn't working and that I must pay cash. After I paid the ladies thanked me and bid me farewell. I asked for a receipt. They lingered, said the person who was going to receipt was busy on the phone. I waited. The store manager is so unprofessional. She said her name is Deborah. I asked for the number of the store owner and she gave me her own. I recognised the voice when I called her. She refused to give the store's email address and said I must come fetch R150. She raised her voice saying I should have told her where to write the name. I asked if if writing in a straight line is a special request. She hung up the phone.
