Refused to refund software that was not even installed could not work on my computer

Were very friendly until I requested a refund. They could not install the software as there were errors all the time, they uninstalled software on my computer without my permission. With them battling to install the software I got nervous about the software. It was not cloud based , I would not be able to log on anywhere. So I requested a refund of R8500.00 They refused and said they dont do refunds.
