Nothing "Posh" about this poor service

<p>This salon response time to secure an appointment is extremely poor. I have been trying since the 5 June to make a booking and eventually resulted in calling on a daily basis to get a answer. I was managed poorly on the phone, not given the required information and it was insinuated that I could not read a calendar, when the day I was referring to was correct. I was promised a return call by someone (the name was inaudible), which I never received. I then followed up with an email, which was responded to 4 days later, not providing any appointment dates. When appointments were finally provided, they were given to other customers who called in, as the salon had not received confirmation from me, within half a day. This is after I had requested appointments for over 2 months!</p> <p>In my opinion, this salon is extremely unprofessional in its interactions with customers and has lost the business of 5 potential customers.</p>
